CABIN CREW QUALIFICATIONS

If you think there's nothing more to being Cabin Crew than adding a touch of glamour, a sweet smile here and there and serving the odd cocktail, think again. It's physically demanding, mentally challenging and will test your considerable range of talents to the full.
Minimum 5'2" in height (157.5cm)
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalentFluent in both spoken and written English

In good physical health
A confident swimmer

Because the job is so demanding, you'll be required to undergo a full medical with the company doctor before commencing your training. Keep in mind too that you'll be working weekends and Bank Holidays - including Christmas - so there'll be a definite impact on your social life. Finally, you'll be the face of the airline. As such, your grooming should always be immaculate - even after a long, tiring flight. If you meet the basic criteria, your preliminary group interview will last for an hour and a half, during which you'll take part in a series of exercises. Teamwork, customer relationships and attention to detail are the key competencies our experienced assessors will be on the look out for and the exercises have been tailored to the unique Virgin culture and sense of fun.

PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT-Requirements

From meeting and greeting customers to getting them on board, you'll be focused on giving them the very best experience possible. You'll need to be able to respond to any given situation. And in an airport environment, this could mean literally anything. Quick thinking, attention to detail and a friendly, outgoing personality are therefore the order of the day.You'll also be dealing with people from all over the world different cultures, different languages. So the ability to behave tactfully and to make yourself understood easily is also a must. If you have a foreign language, so much the better. The next thing you need to think about is our essential requirements.
Previous proven customer service experience
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
Have the right to live and work in the UK.
In good physical health

BEAUTY THERAPIST IN AIRLINES/AIRWAYS

The qualities required by a beauty therapist are
Minimum 5'2" in height (157.5cm)
Fully qualified in all aspects of Beauty Therapy, holding one of the following qualifications (or equivalent): BTEC, HND or NVQ II or III
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
Fluent in both spoken and written English Holder of an EU (EEA)passport
In good physical healthA confident swimmer
Have a minimum one year's salon experience
